• GENERAL INFORMATION

    Camp will be held at Memorial Junior School

    The regular camp day operates from 8:30am-4:30pm 

     

    Optional add-ons:

    Before Care - begins with drop off as early as 7:30am

    After Care - extends the normal camp day with pick up until 6:00pm

     

    PLEASE DO NOT SEND TOYS/GAMES/ITEMS FROM HOME WITH YOUR CHILD, AS THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED WHILE AT CAMP.

     

    NEED TO REPORT AN ABSENCE FROM CAMP??

    If your child is not going to be at camp on a day he/she is registered for, please email or call the Camp Welcome Center to let us know of the absence.  Please note, the email and phone number listed below are not checked outside of the camp season.

  • THINGS TO BRING TO CAMP (Daily)

    Sneakers should be packed if your child is wearing sandals

    Lunch (unless ordering from Simply Gourmet)

    Water - we have refill stations at camp

    Sunscreen (labeled in a Ziploc bag)

    A change of clothes (recommended for K-2 graders)  

    ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO BRING TO CAMP (Trip Days - Tuesdays & Thursdays)  

    Must wear Camp HTSACC shirt

    Comfortable shoes for walking around (unless specified for a trip)

    Brown bag lunch (please note, if a cold pack lunch bag is sent, your child will be responsible for carrying it around on the field trip)

    ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO BRING TO CAMP (Pool Days - Mondays & Fridays)

    Come to camp in a bathing suit and sandals/crocs/slides

    Towel

    Sunscreen

    Goggles (if desired)

    Change of Clothes (we change when we return from the pool)
