I am looking forward to a successful school year! Our language arts literacy class will be engaged in reading wonderful texts in the class and students will also be expected to read a book of their choosing outside of school. Writing assignments will be assigned regularly and students will exercise their creativity while at the same time developing their skills of generating ideas, using correct grammar, and creating an organized paper. Students will engage in their writing process in the classroom rather than at home. I will be utilizing google classroom to convey important information or to communicate with students about assignments. Refer to your agendas which your homeroom teacher supplied to you on the first day of school and check the classroom as needed. I am looking forward to a wonderful year! Thank you!
